Steps to Meal Prepping at Home

  1. Start with the biggest task

    You’ll be motivated to accomplish this task and continue you through your meal prep to do list

  2. Fill inactive cooking time

    Chop veggies, mise en place dry ingredients, wash dishes

  3. Think two steps further ahead

    Consider what will be this week’s leftover ingredients and how to utilize them in next week’s meals

  4. Plan to when to eat Leftovers and minimize food waste

  5. Label, Label, Label

    Label with recipe name, day of the week you plan to use it, and the best by date.
