The use of services will result in charges for the services rendered plus all applicable taxes required by law. Charges include the monthly subscription fee. All payments will be charged by debit or credit card through the secure payment processing platform, Stripe.
You agree to provide truthful and accurate billing information, including credit card number, CVV, expiration date, and email address. At this time, chefate does not store any credit card information in order to protect our customer’s security. All transactions are processed using a PCI DSS validated hosted payment gateway, Stripe.
chefate may provide specific users with promotional offers from time to time that may result in different charges for the same services, and you agree that such promotional offers (unless specifically available to you) shall have no bearing on the charges applied to you.
Your monthly charge will occur on the anniversary day of when you signed up for chefate’s table. For example, if you sign up on January 15th then you will be charged on the 15th of each subsequent month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before your anniversary day, you will not be charged for the upcoming month. If you cancel on your anniversary day (or future days) you will be charged for the last month and nothing more.
What information does chefate collect? We collect information from the fields you fill out in the contact form and subsequent emails. The information collected is the information you provide. These correspondences are stored in a secure email inbox protected by a comprehensive internet security protection system that protects against emerging threats, malware and ransomware.
