bitter, salty, umami, sweet, sour/acidic
Which textures do I want to experience as I’m eating this dish?
crunchy, juicy, tender, chewy, creamy
Do I need to finish the dish with a sauce or a garnish to add any flavors/textures that I’m missing?
Will this meal have leftovers? If there are leftover ingredients, how can I use them in an upcoming meal?
