Pickled Veggies
This snack is a great way to save those veggies that you won't be able to eat before they spoil. After you've eaten all your pickled veggies, you can use the pickling brine again with a new batch
Ingredients:
Water
White Vinegar
Salt
Garlic
Bay Leaves
Fresh Dill
Red Pepper Flakes
Whole Cloves
Mixed Peppercorns
Coriander Seed
Cucumbers
Carrots
Green Beans
Red Bell Pepper (or Yellow or Orange or Green)
