From Scratch Soft Pretzels
Love soft, chewy pretzels but think "I could never make those at home!" Well, you can! I'll be up front - these will take awhile. But, if you really want some homemade pretzels, we've got you covered. And after one bite you'll probably be tempted to chant my high school's classic fight song: "Sauerkraut, Sauerkraut, Pretzels and Beer! All for Jasper, stand up and Cheer!"

Rock Salt (Coarse Salt)
